  • The Tropicana Tourism Institution (TTI) at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking a skilled and innovative Landscape Engineer to lead the planning, design, and execution of sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling landscapes across the resort and training facilities.

  • This role will support TTI’s mission to create world-class eco-tourism environments that integrate natural beauty with operational efficiency and participant engagement.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of landscapes for resort facilities, training grounds, gardens, and eco-tourism spaces.

  • Develop sustainable landscaping solutions that incorporate indigenous plants, water management systems, and environmental best practices.

  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and facility teams to ensure landscaping aligns with overall resort design and operational goals.

  • Oversee maintenance protocols, seasonal planting, irrigation systems, and aesthetic standards for outdoor spaces.

  • Ensure all landscaping projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety guidelines.

  • Manage contractors, vendors, and on-site landscaping teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Support TTI’s training programs by providing hands-on workshops in landscape design, eco-gardening, and sustainable site development for students and trainees.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors / Masters / PhD Degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape engineering, landscape architecture, or eco-resort/hospitality landscaping projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise in sustainable landscaping, horticulture, irrigation systems, and outdoor space design.

  • Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate design concepts into functional, attractive spaces.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and supervisory skills.
